李功胜，博士，教授、博导，山东理工大学数学与统计学院院长；2000年毕业于西安交通大学获计算数学博士学位。中国工业与应用数学学会理事，高等教育学会教育数学专委会常务理事，山东省数学会理事、计算数学专业委员会委员，山东省本科教育数学专业教指委委员等。主要从事数学物理反问题、溶质传输模型、分数阶反常扩散及相关反问题研究。主持（完成）国家自然科学基金项目5项、山东省自然科学基金项目3项，在《IP》《FCAA》等国内外期刊发表学术论文80余篇，出版专著1部，曾获得2011年山东省科技进步二等奖。
报告摘要：
In this talk, we are concerned with fractional-order anomalous diffusion and inverse problems of determining fractional orders in the fractal models. Two cases are investigated, one is to identify the fractional order in the TFDE based on the Mittag-Leffler function and nonlinear algebraic equation, the other is to determine the fractional orders in the fractional MIM solute transport system based on the Laplace transform. The uniqueness results of the inverse problems are proved, and numerical examples are presented with noisy data.
